If you are having problems viewing this site you may need any or all of the following viewing requirements

A) Javascript and frames enabled web browser preferably Netscape or Internet Explorer version 4.0 or higher

B) Display settings of greater than 256 colors, ideally a display set at 32 bit high or true color

C) Macromedia Flash browser plug in

Any other problems such as missing pages, broken links etc can be reported to the webmaster
